Job Description

Lucas Group has engaged in a search for a client located in Dallas, TX looking for an Administrative/Logistics Assistant.  The candidate that will be selected will embody confidence, composure and professionalism.

  • Serving as liaison to the Head Office in  Australia
  • Making yourself available to the team in Australia when required. This will generally be in the afternoons and early evenings Central Time.
  • Taking responsibility for the day to day operations
  • Ensuring that all orders, ecommerce and otherwise, of business and consumer clients are processed in a timely fashion
  • Liaising with customers and providing accurate information regarding the products
  • Liaising with warehousing and distribution facilities to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of business and consumer orders
  • Facilitating business development activities, individually and by working with agents and contractors
  • Liaising with Local Manufacturers regarding production of material in the USA as well as sourcing of raw materials and components
  • Aiding in product development by helping Head Office source materials, components and scope appropriate manufacturers
  • Working in concert with internal and external teams to facilitate marketing and distribution activity
  • Monitoring company email addresses and addressing client queries
  • Co-coordinating staff activity, with the guidance of Head Office
  • Preparing weekly and Monthly reports on sales, inventory and operational activities
