LOCATION: MIAMI, FLORIDA

As a GENERATOR SALES SPECIALIST in THE GEN SALES TEAM (The Team) you will be responsible for qualifying leads, preparing quotes and closing sales for Diesel Generators while incorporating the maximum extent of the product line in every sale.

You will also be responsible for supporting and executing Our Company’s SALES STRATEGY while consistently meeting Your PERSONAL SALES GOALS.

Lastly and equally as important, you must perform all the aforementioned while consistently delivering excellent customer service, honoring all our promises and creating memorable transactions worthy of both repeat business and customer recommendations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently meet goals in support of your PERSONAL SALES GOALS; Consumer AND Distributor.
  • Integrally manage assigned leads from lead generation to sales closing.
  • Manage customer relationship and Act as a primary point of contact as to ensure both efficiency of communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Capitalize on the largest amount of Our Company’s marketing generated Consumer-type leads and always strive for an improving lead-to-close ratio.
  • Consistently Research and Identify promising Distributor-type leads independently from the leads generated by Our Company’s marketing department.
  • Develop the aforementioned new distributor-type leads as to ensure an additional, parallel, repetitive, and substantial channel of sales for Our Company.
  • Master our complete product line as to take advantage of Our Company’s product line redundancy.
  • Master stock lists as to take advantage of Our Company’s and our supplier’s aggressive stock levels.
  • IMMEDIATELY react and respond to all requests as to capitalize on critical windows of opportunity.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently presenting a Professional and Bold image both in appearance, communication and dress.
  • Discussing and sharing daily activity, lead’s insight, goals progress and sales results with The Team on a daily basis.
  • Debriefing plans of action, initiatives, customer trends and goals progress with Management on a weekly basis.
  • Cooperate with The Team and provide excellent support as needed.
  • Following Our Company’s established procedures, immediately assimilating new procedures and ensuring The Team’s compliance.
  • Supervising account past due activity and proactively assisting in collection efforts as needed.
  • Maintaining and establishing excellent relations with Our company’s suppliers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working with Customer service or Industrial equipment sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluently and fully bilingual, excellent written and verbal; English and Spanish.
  • Comprehensive cultural and geographical SALES TERRITORY KNOWLEDGE.
  • High proficiency working with Microsoft Office suites.
  • Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week and overtime as needed.
  • Prompt and regular attendance.
  • Perform other related duties to meet the ongoing and changing needs of Our Company.
