Job Description

Seeking Mid. to Senior Associate level attorney for a long-term secondment to a large NYC ad agency.



Education Requirements:

  • Must be admitted and in good standing


Experience Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of broad-based marketing, advertising and contract drafting and negotiation experience
  • Must be available to start a new assignment the week of 5/21/18
  • Must be able to commit to a long-term hourly/consulting position that is expected to last at least 12 months with the possibility of a longer engagement
  • Prefer an NY based attorney, but will consider a remote candidate with stellar credentials


Responsibilities:

  • Support large corporate client on the transactional legal side of advertising, marketing, and promotions
  • Draft, review and negotiate various commercial contracts including client/agency agreements, vendor agreements, technology licenses, software/hardware purchase agreements, consulting agreements, media contracts, talent/ influencer agreements, and NDAs
  • Evaluate risk and advise business on marketing and PR initiatives


Work Hours:

  • Work hours will likely be 35-40 hours per week for 12 months
  • Possibility of a longer engagement
