Job Description

Our client's continued growth has created a need for entry-level auditing support. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your auditing career with a firm with a premier local CPA firm. The hours for the audit team are not more than 50 hours during busy season. Hours in excess of 40 hours will be paid in overtime compensation.

Our auditing team examines and analyzes accounting records to determine the financial status of company or organization and additionally prepares financial reports concerning operating procedures. Additionally, they review data regarding material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, income and expenditures as well as inspecting items in books to determine if accepted accounting procedures were followed in recording transactions.

This position will entail working within teams to conduct auditing services for various industries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
  • Licensed CPA preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong desire to work towards obtaining a CPA.
  • 1+ busy season within a Public Accounting Firm is required.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
