Lucas Group has partnered with a Consumer Electronics and Accessories company that has been around for over 3 decades. Our client is an inventor and leader in their category. They are the technology arm of a Multi-Billion Dollar, publicly traded Consumer Goods Company that has a presence in over a 100 countries around the globe. Our client caters to both the B2B and B2C target segments. Exponential growth and growing market share required that they expand their current B2B Marketing team to add an Email Marketing Manager. This person will be responsible for creating the strategy and executing drip/trigger email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversion.


  • Serve as the main contact for the B2B End User sales team, designing and executing campaigns to drive leads
  • Manage trigger/drip email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, template design, content, calls to action, testing, execution, reporting and optimization.
  • Continuously work to optimize marketing automation, through tracking and analyzing performance, to reach target segments and nurture leads towards conversion
  • Conduct A/B and other testing to improve email campaign effectiveness.
  • Create email reporting dashboards within the ESP and custom reports analyzing campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to continuously optimize the email program.
  • Lead strategy for vertical end user tradeshows including product focus, call to action, booth design, lead capture and follow up
  • Work alongside internal team and outside partners to define email marketing strategy, monthly deliverables, and cross channel consistency.
  • Lead B2B End User communication: newsletter, webinar trainings, social, email, etc.
  • Create segmentation strategy based on testing and performance
  • Test and QA email campaigns to ensure quality and deliverability


  • 5+ years related digital marketing experience, including email marketing, demand generation, lead nurturing, use of email automation technologies, and analysis of web analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Ability to implement testing methodologies (e.g. A/B and multivariate testing) on all elements of the digital marketing mix to improve conversion rates (content, email templates, landing pages, offers, etc.) optimize campaign results, and measure the relative impact of various tactics, messages, and media
  • High proficiency in using Salesforce with a marketing automation platform like Pardot, Marketo or Hub Spot (Pardot is preferred)
  • Experience in developing/implementing trigger/drip campaigns preferred.
  • Awareness of emerging trends in marketing automation and B2B customer segments
