Primary Responsibilities :

  • Manage and develop sales strategies (with the Director of Business Development)
  • Thrive in operating in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment that is prone to changes
  • Travel- Customer visits and industry trades shows
  • Smash your goals

Qualifications :

  • High sense of urgency
  • A strong desire to grow your career in sales
  • Intellect, passion, curiosity, hunger, grit, and a lack of self-entitlement
  • Critical thinking and strong decision-making abilities
  • An assertive, resilient and persuasive personality
  • No reservations communicating over the phone or with senior decision-makers
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years in a qualifying or prospecting role required
  • Industry experience a must in the  food & beverage or food processing industry
