Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading company in the hospitality industry based in north Los Angeles County in their search for a global Compensation Manager. This role is responsible for managing the company’s policies, procedures, salary structures, bonus and merit process, and for monitoring their effectiveness. This is a working manger position. The compensation manager will manage a team of compensation analysts and oversee the administration of compensation, The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must have at least 10 years of compensation experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Must have strong organizational and analytical skills
  • International and large company compensation experience is preferred
  • Compensation certifications such as the CCP or GRP are a plus
  • Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
