Title: Compensation Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading company in the hospitality industry based in Los Angeles County in their search for a global Compensation Manager. This role is responsible for managing the company’s policies, procedures, and salary structures, and monitoring their effectiveness. This person would also be responsible for managing the administration of compensation, bonus and merit process. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 10 years of compensation experience with 3 in a supervisory role
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • International Compensation experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
