Job Description

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading professional services firm for a Compensation Manager.  This individual will report to the Director of Compensation and have 1 direct report located out-of-state.

The Compensation Manager will provide support, guidance and expertise on all compensation programs and initiatives for a business unit consisting of approximately 5k employees. This role will be tasked with and responsible for leading the design and implementation of all base salary programs, incentive plans and recognition programs.



Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Masters preferred


Experience Requirements:

  • 5-10+ year’s progressive compensation experience, including sales compensation experience
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical skills


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to effectively design and develop short and long-term variable programs
  • Monitor trends and ensure both design and pay level opportunities allow attraction and retention of top talent
  • Prepare analysis and reports on various compensation initiatives
  • Serve as expert and provide advice and support on all compensation matters
  • Additional projects as necessary
