Job Description

The Lucas Group is searching for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Account Manager to add as a key member of our client’s team in Atlanta. Our client is looking for a Digital Account Manager, with a specialty in digital marketing, to join their growing team. This role involves working closely with clients to determine objectives and devise an effective strategy to meet those goals. The Digital Account Manager will oversee both print and digital projects, but with an emphasis on implementing and optimizing PPC and social media campaigns. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide client service support: attend meetings, meet deadlines, troubleshoot problems, draft recaps; act as primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Write, edit and proofread materials ensuring quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns
  • Optimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO
  • Report on web performance metrics and analyze digital campaign success
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
  • Manage projects working with staff and vendors, including tracking financial details (QuickBooks)
  • Supervise staff junior to you on projects
  • Participate in new business process including research, proposal and pitch preparation

REQUIREMENTS


• BA/BS in marketing, communications or a related field is required.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or related fields including research, advertising, management consulting, media and publishing.
  • Agency and account management experience is required.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Previous SEO, paid media, social and blog content experience.
  • Great at managing multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experience with customer service and account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
  • Healthcare or wellness experience is a plus.
  • An ambitious team player excited to learn and take on responsibility to support the fast growth of the team.
