Job Description:  We’re looking for an exemplary, seasoned, results-driven Sales Manager whose primary responsibility will be to streamline every aspect of their department—starting with building a team of sales representatives. The goal is to achieve revenue targets while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction. The sales manager is secondarily responsible for leading a team to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. As team leader, you will assist in providing complete and appropriate solutions for ever customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.



Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 15 years sales experience in a direct customer interactive environment
  • Supervisory experience highly preferred.
  • Connections to the real estate world a PLUS
  • Salesforce experience or similar CRM database.
  • Meaningful sales reporting skills: understand price points and the analytical skills to know which markets should be pursued.
  • Marketing background a PLUS


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with developers, real estate brokers and flippers.
  • Training: ensure that new team members are thoroughly trained and that existing team members are fully trained on new initiatives and product.
  • Brand Experience: ensure an exceptional brand awareness and experiences for every guest.
  • Zoning: manage zone assignments and adjustments based on demand.
  • Performance Management: complete accurate monthly assessments of people, processes and product based on key metrics and personal validation.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
  • Analyze territory/market potential, track sales and provide weekly status reports.
  • Lead team with energy by supporting and coaching up to achieve greatness and exceed target threshold of department monthly goals
  • Build productive working relationships with production, sales and warehouse managers of the different assigned regions.

 

Personal Sales

While personal sales are not a key performance indicator for this position, a successful sales manager will be prepared to:

  • Engage guests and close sales if that is what is needed to lead the team to its goals.
  • Assign leads and connect guests to the right team member.
  • Interject into guest engagements as needed.
  • Assist team members with overcoming objections and closing sales.
