Lucas Group has partnered with a growing technology services startup that has a leadership team with a history of successful exits.

COMPANYOur client launched their flagship product this year and has established a foundation that is now ready to begin building the company on. They have invested $500K in developing the technology which provides local businesses in Las Vegas a platform to market their services and products. Think Yelp but with very localized branding and a broader range of businesses they service.

The leadership team has a history of successful startup wins. The Founder sold his last company for over $100M building it from scratch. He has successfully built and sold other startups in the 10’s of millions as well. The President has lead the SEO strategy for companies like Alibaba and TripAdvisor. The plan to grow this company in Las Vegas and are already laying the groundwork to replicate the business model in other markets with an effort to grow nationally.

POSITION SUMMARYAs the Director of Sales you will be responsible for driving revenue and building the sales team. While handling key accounts yourself, hiring a sales team to drive revenue with the small and medium prospects will begin right away. You will report directly to the founder and have the opportunity to move in to a VP of Sales role if you hit your target goals in year 1. This opportunity will afford you rapid growth in your career.SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years managing sales people a call center or telemarketing environment
  • 5+ years interfacing directly with clients, especially signing and growing key accounts
  • BA preferred but work experience is sufficient
