Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum education – BS
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft office skills – some knowledge of websites to do updates to current and make suggestions on improvement.
  • Be Independently motivated and a disciplined self-starter
  • Minimum of 2- 3 years’ experience in an administrative capacity to C – Level officers
  • Professional , self-driven attitude
  • Proactive approach in a business environment
  • Secretarial or specialized clerical experience is a plus
  • Experience in or ability to adapt to a fast paced environment


Responsibilities:

As the Executive Administrative assistant to the CEO/President you will be working for/with a group of very reputable and dynamic leaders of this organization so that they continue to focus on the company’s growth. The CEO needs a right hand who can not only oversee, scheduling, travel plans and general office functionality but will be very involved in proof reading document review and the oversight of all administrative functions for their three locations. This person will have the opportunity to really make an impact on how the company functions internally and take on responsibility with outside agency support for marketing and vendor relationships. This person will be responsible for all communications with clients, internal staff and other Administrative assistants
