Job Description

Lucas Group has partnered with a global manufacturing company on a search for a Head of Total Rewards. This is a newly created position focused on harmonizing the benefits, health & wellness, and compensation programs across the entire global organization. Our client is looking to streamline these programs and ensure they have the best offerings for their associates.



Experience Requirements:

  • Must have negotiated benefit programs
  • Experience in a manufacturing organization preferred but not required
  • Must have experience managing benefits across the US, additional international experience is an added plus
  • Experience analyzing current benefit offerings and implementing best practices


Responsibilities:

This leader will work with the HR partners and Operations across the US and internationally to ensure their rewards offerings are consistent and strategically aligned.  This will include:

  • reviewing a wide variety of benefit plans and compensation models
  • This role is a combination of analyzing the current programs while also assessing where changes need to be made and if new programs need to be created or offered.
  • This is not a start-from-scratch role, but is heavily focused on bringing in best practices and upgrading the current programs.
  • Heavy emphasis on strategic planning of benefits, health & welfare, and compensation programs
