Job Description

Title: HR Director, Labor Relations

Location: Tampa, FL

Position Summary:

This is a newly created role reporting to the CHRO. The HR Director will be responsible for developing labor relations strategy to support the business strategy as well as execution around everything associated with Labor including contract negotiations, arbitrations, grievances, contract interpretation & administration.

In addition the HR Director will be responsible for designing and implementing an employee development strategy to drive operational excellence in the company's manufacturing plants.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience, preferably 15-20 years with a focus on Labor Relations
  • Manufacturing, supporting plants and corporate
  • 8+ year’s Heavy union experience, 1st Chair including contract negotiations
  • Succession Planning
  • Must possess the ability to communicate with and support all levels of the organization
