Lucas Group has partnered with a leading logistics company on their search for an HR Director to support employees in New York City. This role is a great opportunity to support a team and work both tactically and strategically to drive culture initiatives such as employee engagement and employee relations, talent management, training, succession planning and coaching for a rapidly growing organization.



Experience Requirements:

  • 8+ Years of HR Experience with at least 1 year of management experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Union experience required
  • Service-oriented HR; eager to drive positive culture internally


Responsibilities:

  • Continue to develop strategies and processes for employee relations, performance management, talent development succession planning and organizational development
  • Work with leadership and key stakeholders to support clients and HR initiatives as company grows quickly
  • Manage and develop a small team of HR professionals
