Job Description

Lucas Group has partnered with a Global Organization in a confidential search for a HR Manager.  This role will focus on Talent Acquisition with exposure to other aspects of the HR department responsibilities.  This person will own the sourcing aspect for the US Operations of this segment of the business.  The roles will be varied and will include posting the roles, initial screening and coordinator.  The organization is seeking someone with some Talent Acquisition exposure who wants to grow in this arena or move towards more of a HR Business Partner role.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 year college or university required
  • PHR/SPHR/SHRM Certification a plus


Experience Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of HR experience
  • talent sourcing
  • ability to handle multiple projects
  • project management skills
  • training experience preferred
  • knowledge of CA State and Federal employment law


Responsibilities:

The role entails talent sourcing and acquisition by working with hiring managers to assess needs and develop strategies to meet talent demands.  The organization needs someone who can build relationships with key internal leaders and clients and influence them with data driven recommendations to improve retention, employee experience and performance.
