Job Description

The Lucas Group has partnered with a leader in Supply Chain Management Services to Tier One suppliers to place their next HR Supervisor.  The HR Supervisor maintains responsibility for all HR elements within a shared facility with one of their top clients. These elements include but are not limited to recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.



Education Requirements:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree


Experience Requirements:

  • Self-motivated – Autonomous – Confident – Clear Communicator (Character Traits)
  • 3+ years of experience working in Manufacturing environment (preferably automotive)
  • Demonstrated success in a broad range of generalist duties


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all generalist duties at the facility
  • Reinforce an environment of union avoidance
  • Assisting in the Strategy and Execution of recruiting efforts to attract the best talent for all hourly and salary non-exempt positions
  • Assist with identifying organizational development needs, implementing effective solutions, and building effective teams
  • Establish and maintain a culture consistent with the company’s beliefs and values
