Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a global hospitality organization to fill an HRIS Manager - Talent Acquisition role. The HRIS Manager will partner with TA leadership and the HRIS team to create and optimize the TA module and TA tools. This individual needs to fully understand all aspects of the TA process, but must also have HRIS and SaaS experience to configure workflows and integrate the internal system with external resources (social media, career sites, assessment tools, pre-employment verification, etc.).

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

  • BA in related field (MIS a plus)
  • 3+ years managing SaaS recruitment systems
  • 3+ years managing multiple vendors and systems to create the TA stack
  • System administration and implementation experience
