Seeking a Legal Billing Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant with PC Law experience. This is a temp to hire position.

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience using PCLaw dashboard for billing, accounting and reporting
  • Ability to operate business machines such as photocopy and scanning equipment
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite


Responsibilities:

  • Enter attorney time and expenses into PCLaw
  • Review billing reports to identify errors or duplicate entries
  • Create billing reports; track and monitor billing and performance
  • Monitor deadlines, billing cycles and monthly invoice e-submission to clients


Skills:

  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to manage time


Benefits:

  • Perm Salary: $48-52K plus full benefits and PTO package
