Lucas Group is expanding and we are looking to add a sharp Legal Recruiter to join our Legal Contract Solutions team to keep up with the tremendous demand for talent from clients. Here is your chance to join a top performing, successful agency with a good brand name in the business. Will consider all applicants with legal and/or recruiting experience, including JD’s and Paralegals who want a non-traditional career path. Must be sales oriented. Competitive base salary plus commissions (opportunity to earn 6 figures), full suite of benefits, and unlimited PTO. Our Legal Contract Solutions team focuses on placing contract attorneys and legal support staff in temporary and permanent positions, including the opportunity to work on lateral (“permanent”) positions as well.



Experience Requirements:

Preferred skills would include:

Strong sales skills

Legal industry experience

Recruiting experience

Excellent communication skills

Sense of urgency
