Job Description

Lucas Group has partnered with the world's largest producer and supplier of methanol to major international markets.  Our client, located in Plano, TX, is looking to add talent as they prepare for year-end.  This position is an open-ended, contract-only opportunity with hours of operation between 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday thru Friday.

Experience and Technical Skills/Knowledge

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service and/or logistics role
  • Thorough knowledge of order and inventory management processes;
  • Working knowledge of 3rd party freight (rail, barge, vessel) beneficial
  • Prior PeopleSoft (OM and INV), ShipXpress, rail knowledge/experience considered an asset
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal, and relationship building skills
  • Multi-tasking and problem solving in a timely manner is essential
  • Ability to operate in a multifunctional team environment
  • Capacity to learn and adapt to new systems quickly and efficiently
  • MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, medium proficiency required
