Job Description

MANAGING ATTORNEY / LITIGATION AND E-FILING MANAGER (San Francisco)

  • Supervise E- filings across the firm on a national level
  • Keep track of changes in state and federal filing guidelines
  • Have a deep understanding of court services procedures and requirements
  • Select attorney service vendors and manage relationships
  • Act as an integral member of litigation and docketing teams
  • Conduct training on e-filing protocols for end-users firm-wide
  • Maintain an expert-level of knowledge regarding state and federal court docketing procedures
  • Monitor industry trends and relay key new developments to appropriate staff
  • License to practice law is required (any U.S. jurisdiction); J.D. 2009-2012 preferred
  • Large law firm experience required (Docket Manager, Managing Clerk, Managing Attorney, E-Filing Manager, etc.)
  • Ability to work hours of 10:00AM – 6:30PM with overtime hours required as needed
