Lucas Group has partnered with a well-known, growing start-up on their search for a Marketing Analytics Manager to support CRM and Acquisition efforts. This is the ideal role for someone who is passionate about using data and analyses to solve business problems and support brand/marketing efforts.



Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics. Internet/Retail/Ecommerce experience a plus
  • Excellent SQL, PPT, Excel and quantitative skills a must
  • Ability to take on diverse ad-hoc reporting and complicated analysis requests
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster business/vendor relationships
  • BA/BS Degree (advanced degree a plus)


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with startup-minded marketers to drive business by conducting holistic analyses to inform and improve marketing decisions
  • Produce meaningful reports, data models and KPI dashboards and deliver cross channel performance reports with actionable insight
  • Perform campaign and ad hoc analyses
  • Create audience communication strategy and target audiences
  • Act as main liaison for external vendor relationships
  • Audience segmentation
