Job Description

The Lucas Group is searching for an experienced and talented Marketing Segment Lead, Healthcare to add as a key member of our client’s team. Our client is a global technology company, designs and develops networked visualization products for the Entertainment, Enterprise and Healthcare markets. Experience Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field of study.
  • 5+ years’ experience marketing management experience in an industry that requires a complex B2B sales process utilizing distribution channels, systems integrators & value added resellers.
  • Experience within the Acute Care Hospital industry is required.
  • Experience interacting with broad team of local and global stake holders.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills in order to effectively manage marketing campaigns can require a great deal of coordination and timing precision.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Ability to outline past performance executing ROI based Marketing Campaigns focused on discrete customer groups, by product focus.
  • Able to travel up to 50% to key customer sites, channel partners, tradeshows, corporate meetings, etc. – international travel will be required.
  • Strong familiarity with common CRM systems is required, SAP CRM is preferred.
  • No Relocation Available.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns, while being supported by other functional teams, cooperation then enlist various members of marketing team to brainstorm campaign elements.
  • Scope market research needs to determine the appropriate target customer segments based available demographic information to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Be the primary driver for major end user events – Trade Shows, Road Show Events, Channel Events – to ensure that product messaging is consistent with value based messaging and the needs of the sales organization are firmly addressed in the pre/post event activities.
  • Orchestrate that across multiple groups and teams within the company and work closely with the Global Marketing Team.
  • Manage all activities in accordance with the budget allocated in the regional marketing budget – Product & Region.
  • Develop and maintain competitive product resources to be made available to direct and channel sales teams.
