Job Description

My client is currently experiencing a high-volume of growth in business within the finance/banking industry in the Dayton, Ohio area. This position is primarily responsible for managing program implementations and projects.  This is a mid/senior-level role, requiring at least 3+ years of prior experience, with plenty of opportunities to develop and implement various program and project strategies.


  • Perform budget/forecasting, variance analysis, program or financial execution reporting and reviews.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to senior management.
  • Coordinate between external partners and software development team, to provide direction for information system setup, including configuration requirements, and customized programming requirements.
  • Serve as liaison between technical team and support team to troubleshoot and resolve implementation obstacles.
  • Develop and maintain program budgets and other financial tracking documentation.
  • Track outstanding projects and ensure that the company delivers quality and actionable information to our business customers.
  • Ensure timely deployment of systems implementations.
  • Manager current and prospective lines of business


• 3+ years of experience in Finance and Information Systems

• 3+ years of experience in project management; strong preference to candidates with previous finance and/or banking project management experience

• Previous experience in portfolio management

• Previous experience in full-cycle implementations

• Previous experience managing multiple customer accounts and/projects


• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems, or related field required; MBA strongly preferred
