Experience Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred, with demonstrated wins
  • Strong sales acumen including,  ability to anticipate client needs, quick to learn different business environments and cultures, thoughtful approach to asking questions, listens to understand
  • Consultative mindset
  • Driven, goal-oriented, independently motivated, competitive
  • Interest in people, business or economics. Uses data to optimize business strategies.  Enjoys connecting with a variety of professionals
  • Must be willing to pick up the phone


Responsibilities:

  • Drive new contract business by leveraging existing client relationships and developing prospect/target accounts
  • Consultative selling: meet with clients to conduct a needs analysis, understanding both the tactical and soft skills required to successful identify an interim solution to solve client needs
  • Lead and develop comprehensive targeted recruitment strategies, including sourcing, vetting and meeting candidates
  • Relationship cultivation and management: consistent approach to customer service and development of strong relationships with clients and contract employees
  • Strong sales foundation: Cold calling, direct sourcing, database mining, and networking
