Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or advanced degree preferred


Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Excellent communication, time management, planning, and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail


Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and reviews quarterly and annual reporting packages and financial statements prior to management approval
  • Prepares and reviews capital calls and distributions prior to management approval
  • Coordinates the delivery of capital call and distributions notices to clients and the investors
  • Communicates with clients to establish deadlines for quarterly and annual deliverables in accordance with clients’ LPA requirements
  • Helps develop and train new team members as required
