Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Accounting
  • Reporting Skills, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management
  • Attention to Detail, Confidentiality
  • PC Proficiency, Productivity, Verbal Communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel)
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred


Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and reconciles bank and investment statements for multiple entities
  • Record cash movement daily across multiple entities
  • Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
  • Preparation of monthly financial reporting package which includes reconciling balance sheet accounts, analyzing expense accounts, and inter-company reconciliation.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly board packages
  • Oversight of assigned entities accounts payable
  • Prepare monthly spend reports for assigned entities for Management review
  • Create wire requests and transfers based on requests from Management
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
