Job Description

Lucas Group has partnered with a Real Estate organization to search for their next Sr. Compensation Analyst. This role will be responsible for supporting the organization nationwide on a variety of compensation related matters including base compensation, initiatives and evaluations. This individual will need to have a strong affinity for data analytics and advanced experience with Microsoft Excel. This organization is expanding rapidly and has made strides to support their growing workforce.



Experience Requirements:

  • 2 – 5 years of Compensation experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Strong grasp on Data Analytics
  • Bachelor’s Degree


Responsibilities:

  • Support merit, bonus & wage increases
  • Assist with compensation surveys, market data, and salary structures.
  • Support compensation projects
  • Gather and report data analytics
  • Approve job offers and ensure proper job alignment
  • Respond to compensation questions and answer incoming questions from employees.
