Job Description

Lucas Group has partnered with one of the largest toy companies in the world in an effort to build out the North American sales and marketing teams as they turn their attention to the US and Canada. Established more than 20 years ago they have developed several of their own brands which have grown in to household names. The have expanded from retail to television to movies.

All of their product development and strategy comes from the team in Southern California. They have had several toy of the year finalists and are about to launch several new brands in 2018. The US market is aggressively growing and they have established strong relationships with all the major mass retailers. As they grow they look to add a Sr. Sales Coordinator to support their operations and deliver to major accounts like Toys R Us and Walmart.



Education Requirements:

 Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university business degree



Experience Requirements:

  • Experience with one or more Retail Systems;
    • Retail Link – Wal-Mart
    • EDQ – Toys R Us
    • POL – Target
    • VDS – Kmart
    • Vendor Central – Amazon
  • 2+ years supporting major retail accounts
    • Sample hand offs
    • catalogue setup
    • inventory support


Responsibilities:

  • Manage sample requests across multiple retailers
  • Support all sales functions such as buyer presentation prep, production samples, mockups, etc.
  • Provide internal or external contacts with support documents, images, sell-sheets, etc.
  • Manage item setup, data and support documents when needed.
  • Create and maintain customer quotes, forecasts, order processing reports, etc when needed.
  • Support both Domestic and International sales team and customers
  • Verify incoming orders for accuracy and inventory availability
  • Ensure orders successfully fulfilled to customer.
  • Invoicing/Order Processing
