Responsibilities:
• Normalize and standardize a single source data repository of all investment, portfolio, and fund level data points and metrics, ensuring data is accurate, current and readily available.
• Responsible for leading a team to perform quarterly valuations of all investments and capture relevant data points and assumptions in a data repository

• Provides analysis, commentaries, and recommendations to Asset Management
• Collaborate with investment deal teams and asset managers on current business plans and assumptions to be incorporated into forecast models
• Lead strategic initiatives and recommendations for the company’s technological roadmap for both acquisitions and investments on data collection and control

• Review investor reporting requests in coordination with finance and investor relations teams.

• Lead meetings with internal/external auditors on valuation procedures and controls
• Responsible for management and oversight of team of associates and analysts, who are responsible for maintaining systems, spreadsheets and other information systems to ensure the Company can provide accurate, real-time portfolio management information to various users
• Monitor and track portfolio diversification, leverage, commitments and cash flows and measure asset and fund performance returns levels

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 10+ years experience with private equity or real estate funds requiring real estate analysis, private equity real estate investments or investment banking experience
• Strong Microsoft excel skills and excellent modeling skills
• Experience with Argus and iLEVEL, or other data repository                   software, preferred.
